Booking Confirmation

All transfer requests are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after the transfer details, price and payment/deposit requirements have been confirmed by ATS Athens Taxi Services.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate transfer details, including pick-up location, drop-off location, date, time, number of passengers, luggage details and any flight or ship information.

Airport Waiting Time

For airport pick-ups, limited waiting time is included in the service.
Our driver will wait for up to 1 hour after the agreed pick-up time or the confirmed flight arrival time, depending on the booking details.
If the waiting time exceeds 1 hour, an additional waiting charge will apply. The extra charge will depend on the waiting duration and vehicle type.
If the client cannot be reached and does not arrive within the included waiting time, the transfer may be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email, WhatsApp or through the contact details provided by ATS Athens Taxi Services.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 15 days before the scheduled transfer date: Full refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellations made from 15 days up to 7 days before the scheduled transfer date: 50% refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled transfer date: No refund will be issued.

Changes to a Booking

Changes to date, time, pick-up location, drop-off location, number of passengers or vehicle type are subject to availability.
If a requested change affects the route, duration, vehicle type or service cost, the final price may be adjusted accordingly.

Delays & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing correct flight, ship or travel details. In case of changes, delays or updated arrival information, clients should inform ATS Athens Taxi Services as soon as possible.
ATS Athens Taxi Services will do its best to accommodate reasonable changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
